DPI, bleed, CMYK — everyone asks. We explain calmly. Nobody is required to know what CMYK is before they have heard of it.

What file should I send for print?

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, JPG, PNG. Best: flattened PDF in CMYK, 300 DPI, 3 mm bleed. If you don't have one — send what you have and our prepress operator will review it.
Q · 02

What is CMYK and why does it matter?

CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the color model of print machines. Your screen works in RGB — brighter colors. We convert automatically, but for full control — work in CMYK from the start.

What is bleed and why do I need it?

Bleed is 3 mm of extra color/background outside the final size. Without bleed — you'll see white edges. Example: 85×55 mm business card → 91×61 mm with bleed.

How fast will my order be ready?

Standard lead time — 3–5 business days from approved proof. Express — 24–48 hours, surcharge. Wide-format — 2–3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, within the EU. We work with DHL and GLS. The price depends on weight and destination. Bulky products — individual quote.
Q · 06

Can I see samples?

Yes. Print samples for runs over 500 pcs. (paid, deducted from order). Color proof for offset. Paper / material samples — free at the Varna office.
